Production Time:
Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 2 business days from the date of paid purchase.
Production Time: The production time for each item is up to 10 business days. Please refer to the product listing for specific details.
Maximum Production Period: The maximum production period for any given order is 2 weeks.
Shipping:
Shipping Methods: We offer a standard tracking shipping option. Shipping costs are detailed during the checkout process.
Shipping Duration: Standard European tracked shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Standard Rest of The World tracked shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days, without considering customs clearance.
Combined Shipping: Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together, to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation, along with tracking information, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase once the order has been dispatched and can be consulted in the customers page in this website.
Returned Shipping: In the case of a order that has returned to Lynx Tactical Gear due to the impossibility from the shipping company to deliver on the address or the lack of pick up at the post office after the notice, the cost to re-send the order is the customers responsability.
Delays and Liability:
Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred.
Shipping Carrier Delays: While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Any shipping-related concerns should be directed to the carrier.
Force Majeure:We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty:
Limited Warranty: We provide a limited warranty for 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or any unauthorized repair. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.
Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us within 15 days of discovering the issue. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem are required.
Resolution: If the product is found to be defective and within the warranty coverage, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
Liability:
Misuse or Accidents:We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or accidents involving our products. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the product.
User Responsibility:Users are responsible for reading and following any provided user manuals, safety guidelines, or instructions related to the product.
Returns and Refunds:
